A fun one day workshop designing and making your own unique piece of textile art. No sewing machine or previous experience necessary, just a basic sewing kit and bags of enthusiasm. Everything else provided.

My Three Dresses about Home were installed at Southwell Workhouse today for an exhibition with the Midlands Textiles Forum. Opening Monday 1st May 2023.

Telling Stories

Day workshop with Deborah Collum

Saturday 18th March 10.30am-4.00pm

Learn about telling a story through art and create your own unique frame-able collage. In this one day workshop no previous experience is needed but there will be some sewing so please bring along a basic sewing kit if you have one. Materials are provided but feel free to bring along any small personal memorabilia you might like to include e.g. old photographs, postcards, buttons, scraps of fabric.
