My new autumn landscapes and I will be at the beautiful Compton Verney for the annual textiles fair. Please come and say hello.

Something I was working on, literally and metaphorically, for 2022!

It has over 50 photographs of the lockdown walks and other landscape pieces and includes information about my inspiration and process.
‘Lockdown Walks’ costs £20 plus postage and packaging as is available from my Etsy shop here.

While we’re under lockdown and the permitted morning dog walk is the highlight of the day. Warwickshire in Spring is so beautiful and I’m trying to record a little each day: it’s changing quickly at the moment, getting greener all the time.
I’m dedicating these to everyone who isn’t fortunate enough to be able to stroll out into the countryside each day.
Here’s today’s walk (April 13th 2020): Wilmcote to Great Alne. Hedgerow: undergrowth with dandelions.

I’ve made so many versions of the view from my garden because it never fails to delight. Even on a wet autumn day.

Living in Stratford-upon-Avon how could I not love Shakespeare? Here’s Hermia from A Midsummer Nights Dream. A commission for a dear friend to gift to her daughter.
I’m available for talks and workshops. Please contact me at Dcollumart@gmail.com.

Inspired by and incorporating some beautiful seed heads from the garden.
